“Good view and comfortable room ”

“The service staff was very friendly. I have a low level of English and used a translator, but they patiently waited for me to complete the check-in process.”

“The room was not clean, the floors were absolutely disgusting, the mirror in the bathroom was broken, the handle for the sink was broken along with the sink in the kitchen. I did not know that we were staying at a residential room, it was the worse thing ever! I wanted a hotel & no where did it say that it was residential during booking. On top of that the pool was closed on our side of the hotel/building, front desk said that the other side has the pool but closes at 5pm in VEGAS!!!! Like it’s……

“The place appeared exactly as described in the pictures. It was close to the airport & the strip. Check in & check out process was simple & quick. Valet parking was very helpful. Host was prompt & responsive to all the communication we had. Overall, a great place to stay!”
