West of The Strip Hotel with Pool

"Upgraded for additional $47 to the fantasy tower cuz I didn't want to be in an older room. The room was huge but there was some stray hairs in the bathroom. overall ok. Pool was good easy access to parking and free.. "

"We loved the room layout and view, restaurant food, pool accommodations, and atmosphere at the hotel. Definitely would stay there again. "

"We stayed in both an old room and newly remodeled room. When using a 3rd party they will more than likely give you an old room. They only upgraded us the following night due to the construction and pipe issue in which we couldn’t use the showers due to the sludge that was coming out. As for the staff everyone was very nice and the manager did her best to make things right. The Copper Whisk and other restaurants in the hotel are very convenient. They have a movie theater and bowling alley which is fun for families. "

"The floor in my room was soaking wet and the room had a funny smell. There was no internet in the room or WiFi. Some electrical outlets did not work and the remote control for the tv did not work because the sensor on the tv was out. They did not move me to a different room even though I asked twice. They kept saying maintenance would come. Which they finally did after asking 3 times and they said there was nothing they could do about the problems."

"Decent, spacious and functional. Dated but totally fine decor. The tap needs fixing in the bathroom and we did appreciate the fully equp kitchen and got an extra frying pan. Could use more frequent housekeeping and when the maids come it seems hit and miss. Some better than others "
