"Check in was exceptional! The male that checked me in was very pleasant!! The coffee machine in the room was not working. And there were little roaches in the room. The atmosphere/location and the parking was great!"

"Very nice hotel- close to airport - but never heard a plane. The beach is great. Lots of waves. The pool is heated and has 5 hot tubs - would definitely stay again"

"Amazing pool area and beach right on premises. Never an issue finding chairs at either. Staff was very friendly. Nearby shopping and additional restaurants as well as convenience stores a big plus. Beautiful grounds. Very peaceful. Will return"

"The Sheraton was our go-to when we evacuated Poipu due to hurricane Lowell. They were very accommodating providing food, water, etc even when no power was available in our room. Can’t say enough about how sweet the staff was during our stay, even though they were extremely shorthanded."
