“We were looking for somethingbon the oother side of the island from Hanalei, this property was as advertised. Very clean, easy check in, great for a couple night stay to explore. Debra is very responsive. Great stay!”

“很棒的体验”

“The cottage was adorable with parking right in front. There was a concert nearby. I enjoyed the music. Others could feel differently. My room had no soap, shampoo, dish liquid or any other kind of soap to wash hands, shower, etc. less than ideal. Location is close to the airport and Rice Street restaurants. Great stay except for missing soap.”

“Great value stay in Kauai, especially for families. This is probably the best value hotel we’ve stayed at in Hawaii. It’s not a luxury resort, but it offers everything you need. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well maintained without feeling outdated. The location is a huge plus. It’s close to the airport and within easy walking distance to Coconut Marketplace, where you can find restaurants and a grocery store. Not needing to drive for meals or snacks was extremely convenient. The……

“They said check in was 4 no earlier which was fine but they were unorganized and didn’t get us checked in till after 4. By the time we got to the room, we got in and realized the toilet barely worked and the shower Drain was completely clogged. So the water didn’t drain properly and created a pool at your feet I booked a two bed room I was traveling with two other adults and they only had one bed in the room and refused to rectify it and fix their mistake. They then blamed it on Expedia and……

“虽然酒店设施比较老了，但还是很干净的。房间都很大，花1000多RMB住2室2厅的房子，信价比还是很不错的。适合家庭度假。就是等到下午4点才在我们的强烈要求下拿到了房间的钥匙，这一点比较郁闷。”

“Room is clean, location is good, near many food options, easy access to many places. However, charged for the resort fee that covers breakfast, morning yoga, and parking, their breakfast is a joke, package pastries and cereal, all the unhealthy premade package food. But that is the only complaint, everything else is good.”

“There were fruit flies in my room during my entire five day stay. The owner of the room did not leave a phone number so that I can contact them regarding the issue. I was never given an email with the owners information. I asked the front desk and they said I should’ve received an email but I did not. The room needed to be painted and the bathroom shower faucet kept dripping. The doors covering the sliding doors would not open fully so my view of the mountain was blocked. There was only one……

“Great Stay. Originally booked the room through Alex, not through the resort. Due to the recent hurricane damage, the original room and whole ground floor had to undergo repairs during the week of our stay. Alex made it right for us. The room owner set me up to have the resort assign us a room equal to the room I originally booked. Second floor room, with a great partial pool view and mostly ocean view. Was very pleased.”

“Amazing location and a smooth and easy check in and check out process. Thank you!”

“Amazing views! Golf carts to move around the property was a nice addition. Nice pool, great beach, awesome vibe”

“The staff at the front desk was so nice!”

“The view from the room was amazing. We could see the sunrise from bed each morning and even enjoyed watching the rain and surf during a storm. We can't wait to come back.”
