“This is an immaculate guest suite with incredible views in a gorgeous setting. The owners were extremely responsive and communicative, enhancing our stay. The bed is very comfortable and the appliances and just about everything looks brand new. The grounds, pool area and views are amazing. If you’re looking for a comfortable and peaceful stay in a relaxing setting, this is the place! Your hosts will make sure you are well taken care of.”

“The location as it related to my trip couldn’t have been any better. The apartment was super-clean and spacious. I admire the detail on the stairway leading up to the apartment (it’s the little things👍). I will most definitely stay here again when I’m in town. Aaaaaaand that was one, humongous TV screen! Felt like I was in a movie theater!”

“I will start with the positive; Great Location, safe, clean, ample space, very nice owners. Unfortunately this young couple doesn’t seem to have done this before. Bed size was not listed & it was our own fault for not asking. The double bed was not what we’d expected, the sheets were pilled & bed really not made top sheet & comforter just on top of the bed. We had to ask for pillow cases for two pillows and later discovered there was no extra blanket. The mirror over small dresser was just……

“The place was nice and is clean. I knew it was a downstairs of a house. The owner does have a dog that barks from time to time in the evening and you can hear people above, but was not too much to handle. Overall was a nice place in a nice town.”

“The location was just as promised. The view on the deck is beautiful and the apartment was clean and well stocked with anything you might need. The location is also walking distance to various shops, pizza, restaurants and bars. The river walk across the street is also great if you want to take a stroll. Carol was also great to work with. We’ll be back.”

“This place is Fantastic, and Flora is Such a Great host!! Perfect location in Avon, super spacious, and clean, and has everything you need! Walking distance to restaurants and shops. This will now be our Go-to rental, each time we're back in CT to visit family. It is such a Cozy unit! The only suggestion I would caution, is that the stairs to enter/exit unit, are steep and a tight squeeze for anyone with mobility constraints.”

“Overall good location and clean unit. Mattress, pillows and linens need upgrading. Hosts were responsive with request for iron/iron board in unit. Can get noisy as bars are closing.”

“Very nice property inside and an Dalos was an awesome host! I would definitely stay again!”

“Excellent rental. My only difficulty was arriving at midnight. No lights to find the narrow dirt road to the house. It was pitch black. I parked the car on the street and walked around until I was sure of where the road was to the house and where the lockbox was with the key. Once inside it was lovely, clean, welcoming and a perfect location.”
