「The cottage was really cute and clean. Plenty of towels. My daughter kept in touch with the staff for me. It did have a fireplace which was not needed for our stay but fall hit soon after we left. There was not a kitchen but did have a mini fridge and microwave. We spent time at Fort Davis National Historic Site, Balmorhea State Park, actually saw the Marfa lights, and the McDonald Observatory. Definitely recommend!」

「Was great to go back to a different home away from home, the snacks were great. The people were great Great 4th of July.」

「Location was good and the host communicated everything well and was responsive.」

「Whether you want to get away for a while, spend some time with someone special, immerse yourself in wildlife, or whatever else, this is the place. The quality and care the hosts take rivals any corporate or chain getaway. It’s quiet and secluded . “Charming” doesn’t do it justice. Highly recommended.」

「This was my second time visiting and it did not disappoint! The stone cottage is a quaint reminder of a more simple time. Plenty of things to do in the area or one can sit on the sky deck and enjoy the stars! Ingrid is so friendly and helpful! A little gem in the desert!」

「Cute place, conveniently located.」

「We didn't use the hot tub or fireplace but did turn on the firepit out side. As it was very cozy but it was just to hot since we were there in June. Room was perfect and the host responded to our call immediately. Great host, great place!!」
