“This hotel was so awesome pool was good and the staff didn't harass us or bother us all three days we were there,we are a big family and met there so it was like 8 kids altogether and they never made us feel unwelcome as we have stayed at other hotels where they're rude and look us down because of our family size,they were all courteous and nice to everyone,will definitely choose this hotel anytime I have to stay in Lubbock again 🙏🙌”

“The room was small and had very bad smell”

“Very clean spacious room, plenty of parking. Felt safe. Continental breakfast was enough. Especially enjoyed the fresh baked muffins made by the owner’s wife. Highly recommend.”

“My daughter and I went to the pool and for the pool a bracelet is required. A guest from the hotel went to the pool without a bracelet, to me, the guest looked suspicious and we were not comfortable with his presence. An employee ( a young man) went to the pool and talked to the guest and the guest left a few minutes later. I really appreciate the young man employee for being on the look out and caring for the hotel guests. Thank you.”

“The mattress had the spring poking out of the bed . The restroom did not flush and the sink had standing water .”

“Only ice machine working was on ground floor. Elevator was very slow.”
