「The wifi was out, damaged without ability to connect to a dns so unable to use internet at all. Understandable storms happen but found out at check-in and disappointed that a discount was not applied or another food voucher. 」

「We had a wonderful stay at Under Canvas Mount Rushmore. The setting, the atmosphere, and the way the property blends comfort with the Black Hills made it a great experience for our family.
The UnderCanvas Team deserves a lot of credit — everyone we interacted with was friendly, helpful, and genuinely welcoming. The tent setup and amenities were next level, and the overall environment was exactly what we hoped for.
It’s a great base camp for families to visit the surrounding areas.」

「Beautiful rooms, great location in Hot Springs South Dakota! The staff was wonderful and the cafe attached to the hotel was very nice. Coffee and Tea Bar was especially welcoming. Hot Springs is a great place to walk around and explore.」

「Clean and perfect location after spending a long day in the park. I enjoyed being able to park the car right beside the cabin so it was easy to unpack and repack. I introduced the kids to cable too so it was a fun learning experience! I hope to stay longer next time!」

「The cabins and rooms at Canyon Lake Resort are intentionally rustic, but clean and well maintained for their age. The staff is very friendly and helpful. My wife thoroughly enjoyed watching the local ducks and geese who seem to have taken up permanent residency around the property.」

「We had a packed trip and our only regret was not carving out time to just sit and relax here. The setting is gorgeous. We could see George Washington on Mount Rushmore from our room! The lawns and fire pit were inviting. The restaurant served what we needed for breakfast and dinners. The room itself was fine. It was a little outdated but felt clean.
