“Lovely sun filled spacious apartment. Walking distance to Beale Street and very close to Main Street trolly stop. Opposite the Lorraine Hotel with the Neon sign..quite amazing to be so close to history. Good Fortune Company restaurant a good find and close to Gus’s World famous chicken! Communication very good. My suggestion to our host is, more coat hangers and a large full length mirror would be appreciated. Minor details but easy to fix. If ever we are back in Memphis this week be our……

“The property was close to whatever places we wanted to go. The house was as listed. But the AC didnt work and parking was not sufficient. Spoke with the owner about parking and they helped alot.”

“We had a great stay in Memphis. This place had everything we needed and was in a perfect location. Everything was clean and neat and came with some essentials like coffee, laundry pods, dish soap etc. Bed was comfy and it was nice to have the washer dryer handy. The parking was right outside the back door and the area is all fenced in and secure with a gate. Had a great stay. Will stay here again if we return.”

“This entire complex has everything you need. The unit is very secure and well put together. The entire community is clean and well kept. There is a swimming pool available here exercise room yoga room outside sitting areas and so much more. I was totally Blown Away”

“Excellent location, excellent condo/ apartment. Tv remote in main bedroom had no volume control option. Bed in 2nd bedroom was too low to the ground. It was not what was advertised. Overall excellent facility. ”
