“Clean property in new home (2025). Beds comfortable. But property is pretty stark. No commonly expected items in the kitchen were available. Had to provide everything ourselves, including coffee filters and water. ”

The game room in the main garage needs ping pong balls. Host was accessible for questions we had. Overall a decent spot for a large group for a weekend trip.”

“We just finished a five-night stay at this great property and wished we didn't have to leave! We had a party of 7 people, a family of 4 and another family of 3. This house is spacious and had a big backyard for everyone to spread out and enjoy. The five bedrooms were great cause some of the kids bunked together while some got their own room. The rooms are exactly as the pictures indicate and the game room, pool table and ping pong table was a hit with everyone. The house was clean upon our……

“This house had everything for a nice long 3 day stay. The property contact person was helpful and attentive. We used the BBQ, pool, and spent most of our time in the game room. The neighborhood is quiet and UBER easy to and from downtown and the strip. The house is impeccable and immaculate. The air conditioner works great as well (even in 107 heat). I would highly recommend staying here for a Vegas get away. ”

“This was a wonderful place for our large family to gather with kids of all ages. The game room, large pool, tennis court, and basketball court kept all thoroughly entertained. The house had plenty of room for such a large group and the kitchen was so well equipped that we had everything we could ever need. The property owner and manager were great to work with- very quick responses and frequently checked to see if we needed anything. Will definitely plan to choose this for another family……

“This property was so great for a relatively wild group! The rules sound scary but I promise they aren’t bad. There is a noise restriction but it is a reasonable level and this is coming from a group of people who whisper at a normal persons yell (haha). The place was so clean and organized and super easy to get to the strip. Linda was great! Check in requires you to meet up with the property manager and then follow her to the location but it’s fine because she’s great. Pool cleaners did come by……
