“This place was cozy and perfect. My daughter recently moved to the area and so I wanted to find a place that I hoped will become a home away from home for my husband and I whenever we visit, and we found it! The bed was comfortable. It's a king size bed, and they are sometimes hard to find so we were thrilled by that. The kitchen has all of your needs, we cooked a few meals and had all the pots and pans we needed. The couch and big chair were also comfy for our movie nights, when our daughter……

“We have family here in Wakefield, so visit often. Yanti’s property is by far the nicest property we have stayed in here..and we will definitely be repeat customers! The apartment was very clean, and had everything we needed. Yanti was very accommodating; we checked in very late and she was kind enough to make up the sofa bed for us. Main Street is just a few minutes walk away, and has great restaurants, coffee shops and grocery options.”

The town has options to eat and is very nice. The property was perfect for us with the 2 double beds for our teens. Stas was super responsive and we had no problems. “I stayed at this apartment Sunday-Saturday and loved the experience. The visit was personal and professional. Internet connection was great and I was able to work as if I was at my regular desk. The parking pass allowed me to park right outside the apartment. I never had an issue with parking, and always got a spot right in front of the apartment. The apartment was clean. There were heating/AC units in each room and the temperature was very comfortable. Conveniently located - both to highways,……

“Everything was very neat and check-in was easy because the instructions from the owner were so clear. There was a tad bit of noise from either a neighbor or the owner (space is attached to a home and share a wall) one evening and a bit of an odd smell the whole time. Not bad but not pleasant either. Like long after you’ve cooked something and a scent remains but no longer smells like food or maybe like the smell of a puppy that’s just come in from outside. Nothing that should keep anyone away……

“Overall the apartment was nice. There are 3 bedrooms and a living area with a great couch that could comfortably sleep 2 adults if needed. That area also had a door which is convenient if using as an additional sleeping area. The unit we stayed in was on the 3rd floor. This is noteworthy if traveling with anyone who is elderly or has difficulty with stairs as the stairs are quite narrow, steep and curve around almost like a spiral staircase. Navigating with large suitcases can be tricky but is……

“Stayed here for one night with my son when we arrived in Boston to launch our week of college visits. It is walkable to tufts and restaurants for breakfast and dinner. Communication with the host with my only complaint. We had questions ahead of time that went unanswered. They were clear instructions inside the unit itself but no help ahead of time from the host. My main concern was parking street parking is available though it was jammed up when we arrived. It did open up later in the evening.……

“The apartment was nice spacious and clean. There was enough towels and supply of plates, cups and silverware. The thermostat did not work. The temperature in our apartment was 64. We were told to use small heater to warm up the apartment. It was not working well. ”

“We were a mile from the site we needed to visit plus a mile from Davis Square, an easy walk so it was not necessary to use the car. The apartment is more spacious than we had imagined with high ceilings, and since it is in the back it was quiet. Another plus is ample parking in the rear. The apartment is nestled in a sweet retail area with three lovely bakeries and a good selection of restaurants.”
