"The condo was clean and comfortable. The property is older and in need of updating. Got caught in hurricane Melissa so wasnt able to enjoy beach or nearby restaurants. The condo itself was very clean and had all the items for our stay and an amazing host/owner. "

"We were very happy with our rental. We could see the ocean from our deck. We always had prompt service if we needed it and housekeeping was there every 3rd day, which was fine with us. This Condo building is on the quiet end of the 7 mile beach, so very relaxing. The beds are a little stiff but manageable. The kitchen had everything we would need to cook a breakfast, make a sandwich or even cook meals. We would recommend renting this place from Ashley."

"The unit itself was fine once you were inside, except there was no TV service. However, we were not told that the entire facility was under construction. Apparently a new owner of the facility is stuccoing, painting and renewing the entire place. Our view out our front window was of a man on a scaffold 2 feet away, applying stucco. The pool behind the unit was empty, except for dirt. There was NO place to sit outside, workmen everywhere."
