“The room is big, the service is friendly and generous, the giant atrium is well-kept vintage. Good pool, room perks. Getting the hotel shuttle was the only hitch. Hotels.com chat bot was glitchy and unproductive. This is not on the hotel staff. Automate it all the way, or don't advertise it. "Contact property for help" from a noisy curb outside baggage claim took 30 min.”

“The rooms are clean and the pillows are comfy. We were charged an extra $250 for an incidental fee because we did not have a credit card. It was refunded approx. 5 days after check out. You also have to pay $25 everyday you leave and come back. Not bad for a two night stay. Couldn’t imagine longer.”

“I was getring into town late and wanted a hotel close to the airport with a shuttle. The shuttle service was great! It was waiting when we got our luggage. The check in took a long time as a party in front of us was having issues with their room. The room was ok, a little worn but they seem to ne doing renovations in the hotel so maybe that will be xhanging soon. The beds were comfy and the room was quiet. The breakfast was pretty limited and we did not end up eating there the next day. No……

“Overall property was very clean. Inside the room the carpeted area VERY dirty. Ruin a pair of white socked. Don’t care about the socks but it really was dirty. ”

“The hotel itself is very nice. Suitable for business travelers especially. Less convenient for leisure as driving to attractions is recommended. Some nice dining along Market Street. A short drive from the riverfront.”

“If you just need a place for stay and shower around airport , the price is the best. If you want enjoy the stay, it’s not a good choice. Not too bad, just a mold smell in the room. ”
