“This was an unexpected trip due to the fact that we were in Crescent City when we booked the room and had not noticed that this hotel was not in Crescent City. We were at first a little bummed that we had made the mistake of booking in another town, but after we arrived were not disappointed. “Understaffed (waited 5 minutes for someone to show up at reception), disorganized (gave us a room that had yet to be cleaned), and a little disingenuous (saud we didn't have to pay for the "better" room they put us in, which had the same amenities we had booked...). Floor was visibly dirty, but it was otherwise a comfortable stay.”
