DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Denver

DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Denver

8/10 Good
"The hotel was clean, and I appreciated that I was able to get a room on the top floor as requested to avoid noise. However, I was disappointed that I didn’t receive the king-size room I had booked. When I entered the room, there were flies all over the light fixture. Even though the room itself was clean, seeing the flies made it feel gross and uncomfortable. There was also loud construction noise outside, which was frustrating since I had specifically requested a quiet room. When I asked the staff about the king-size room I had reserved, they told me there were no king-size rooms available. They offered me a breakfast coupon as compensation, but I didn’t use it because I’m not a breakfast person. On a positive note, the housekeeper was very friendly and did a great job cleaning the room. I really appreciated her hard work. Overall, the hotel was clean, but I was disappointed with the room arrangement, the flies, and the construction noise. I hope management addresses these issues so future guests can have a better experience."
