"This hotel is our favorite pet-friendly hotel in downtown Durham. During this last visit, I had inadvertently double booked myself a room directly with the hotel and on Expedia. The check-in host was so kind to cancel the room booked directly with the hotel without penalties. I certainly was not expecting that and figured I'd be paying for two rooms due to my oversight. Thank you 21c hotel. That made my day, and I will certainly return. "

"I stayed here with a couple of friends while we attended a conference at Duke and it worked out brilliantly. There's easy parking for two cars, the neighborhood was quiet, it was a 10-15-minute drive from Duke Chapel, and the space was lovely. A delightful time was had by all!"
