“For an older motel this was a well maintained property and very reasonably priced. The staff was friendly and it was a very quiet place. I would probably stay there again if I was in Maggie Valley.”

“We all know it's not a 5 star hotel. You get what you pay for. The property is old, you can tell.
With that being said, it was clean. The only staff I saw was the gentleman at the desk when i checked in and checked out. He was the only one i saw setting up the breakfast, which was good. The typical eggs, sausage, biscuits, toast, coffee, juices, yogurt, muffins, some fruit, and waffles.
The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. No complaints. Better price point than most……

“The room is extremely small and the bed is also very small. I booked a king size bed and was given a double bed. My child could only sleep on the floor. No one came to change the bath towels in our room. The accommodation experience was extremely poor.”

“For the bucks spent, this was a good purchase. Older motel with some updates, probably needs a few more, but overall, clean, comfortable, H/AC works, lots of water pressure for shower and hot water was hot. Staff was very nice and courteous. Overall, pleasant experience.”

“Place was a ghost town. Tun didn’t drain, split system and sunlight made the room very bright at night. Beds were good, check in with code was easy, construction next door, found screws in the parking lot. ”

“Unique little place. Wasn’t sure where to stay last minute and this place had pretty good reviews compared to local hotels in Maggie Valley. I gave it a try and was actually impressed. The property manager greeted us and showed us to a cabin asked if it was ok. He waited for an answer and then told us about the local area. Really neat little town. 15 min or so from Maggie Valley and much quieter. Beds were comfy and didn’t move when my wife moved at night. Showers were really nice tiles from……
