“There was no air conditioning, and the room was extremely hot and stuffy. A member of staff told us they would provide an additional fan, so we went to reception to ask. We were told a fan would be sent to our room, but after waiting over an hour nothing arrived. When we returned to reception, we were then told that no fans were available.
We were also not given any information about breakfast, including where it was served or the opening and closing times.
The hotel was extremely busy due to……

“Very clean, comfortable bed, air conditioning in bedroom which was very much appreciated when temperature was in mid thirties
Requested ground floor room and request was granted
