“very unorganized at check in. did not have available the room that was originally booked. gave us grief at check out for having a 3rd person, although room was booked as a quad family room from the start and notified them at check in, while we were standing at desk that we had 3 adults not 2. requested room to be cleaned on day 2 and no one came to clean. budget hotel, with unknowledgable staff, different rules daily with different staff. wouldn't stay again. ”

“The breakfast selection was wonderful. The staff were very pleasant and helpful with suggestions about the area. Parking was not right at the site but an easy walk just a couple of blocks away. We were able to use a liading zone just in front of the property. Charming place to stay.”

“Pros - close to many sights, restaurants, and things to do in Belfast. Staff is friendly and helpful. Cons - Waring St is extremely noisy. I stayed at this hotel Thursday to Monday, and each night, including Sunday night, I had to wear my noise-canceling AirPods to bed in order to sleep. You will hear yelling, carrying on, and also music if your room faces Waring Street (main entrance to hotel) like my room did. The interior of the hotel is quiet enough but the street noise was intolerable.……

“Our room was excellent. Spacious, stylishly decorated, well furnished and had a good view across the marina. The bathroom was spotlessly clean and had everything needed. The bed was large and comfortable. Overall an excellent room and fantastic value for money. We also had dinner in the restaurant and the food was very good. The steak was perfectly cooked and the food quality was excellent. Easy on street parking nearby. Definitely a hotel that can be recommended.”

Because it was 23:00, we can’t call the landlady so we tried to email them but failed. In the morning, I tried to ask Hotels.com to help me, in the chat room the staff was not helpful. ”
