Palm Springs Whitewater Preserve Hotels

"Very poor service and rude staff experience. With a multi stay with family, no room service, despite having informed to do so ( which ideally shouldnt be required, having the tag placed on door to service). Microwave does not work, fridge does not work.No promised amenities are functional. Carpet was dirty with visible big stains, likely uncleaned. Overall not a great experience and specially dont recommend anyone with family to consider it for a stay. Lot of other options available in heart of desert springs / downtown."

"We had 2 rooms. One room smelled like bleach. The other was fine. Staff were fine. View was of turbines. Parking was plentiful. As a dog friendly motel, I appreciate the availability. Rooms are not that sound proof. "

"We have been traveling extensively for the last 30 years and this is one of our favorite places. Perfectly located in a great neighborhood, spacious, and airy and the backyard patio was perfect. We loved it so much that we booked it for six weeks next year already. It is close to the Mission Lakes Country Club with a pool and restaurant and with a quick easy ride into iconic Palm Springs. David was a perfect host and we highly recommend his home."

"Neat house with mountain views which was great at sunset. Had all the amenities other than a dishwasher. Location was ok being fairly close to Joshua Tree, but not many places to take the dog for a walk. Would recommend for the price though"

"The home was very clean and the kitchen wonderfully equipped. We appreciated the ample coffee and kcups. The mattress in the master bedroom was incredibly comfortable, from someone who recently had spinal surgery! We used the hot tub, and it was fantastic as well. Clear and easy instructions on everything. Zero negatives!"
