"Old matresses, wires sticking out. Very poor maintenance."

"The place looked clean, and cozy. But needs some upgrade like Definitely need to replace the 2nd floor outside flooring as you could feel some soft spots when walking. The room was great clean and comfy. We got the room with the indoor hotspa and was great but also the floor in the hotspa was chipping as we could feel the pieces as walking. The room toileries definitely need some upgrade for the price of the room. Front staff were awesome, the morning cleaning staff could use some training on how to knock on doors instead of peaking thru the windows when checking to see if the people are still in the room. We didn't get to enjoy the outside pool as it was extremely windy, but did look like fun. Location and parking are easy to access."

"The Starry Night Escape was perfect for Ladies trip 2026! Nara was great she answered my questions and responded back to my texts .The rooms were clean and a lot of room for all. We mostly spent time in the jacuzzi since the weather was not so hot.Overall it was a great and memorable trip we would definitely stay here again,"

"Room was clean but the light in the living room didn’t work, there were no instructions on how to work the TV or what to do upon checking out…no instructions about anything. The light in the larger bedroom came on randomly 3x after I turned it off Not worth the money. "
