「由落機的機場接送到櫃台check-in, 全程職員跟進，行李有人打點，check-in 後有哥爾夫球車送你到獨立小屋門前，超服務貼心。小屋環境清幽，雖然下面便是主街，但有種遠離煩囂的感覺。島上住宿一般是早上10:00 退房，自助早餐也是早上10:30 完結，正當我們苦惱，究竟先要退房還是先吃早餐，（因為退房和訂了自助早餐的餐廳有一段距離呢）於是打到前台一問，能不能吃完早餐才回房間拿行李再退房，意想不到的服務要出現，職員說:即管去享受早餐，行李放在房間，會有專人過來幫你拿行李到大堂，食完早餐後才前往櫃台交還門匙。那刻有種賓至如歸的感覺，服務一流好貼心。 PS 記得自備牙膏牙刷^_^」

「It was the most beautiful place to stay. If you want to relax & soak up the beauty, this is the place. Food was beautiful, staff were excellent & the bed was so comfortable. Excellent holiday」

「This is quite a difficult review to write. On one hand, we had a small problem with the hot water(which was fixed promptly in the middle of the night) and the catering could be a bit slow at times. On the other hand, most of the staffs here would take every opportunity to make your stay better. Promptly responding to each of our request and providing knowledges about the islands and wildlifes. 「Spent 3 nights in Qualia during our visit to Great Barrier Reef. The staffs were generally friendly and helpful. Dinner in the long pavilion was awesome but be prepared for its high price. Taste menu is highly recommended. Overall speaking it's definitely a 5 star resort. However, with the money you spent ( at least 1250 USD per night, half board), you will surely expect something more unique and personal. 」
