They did let me check in early but they didn’t have the size of bed I had originally booked and said they had absolutely no more king beds even available but other than that the stay was fine

It is full of people smoking marijuana and drinking alcohol. The smell of the hotel is horrible , the cleanliness fatal . Long time staying there with my family and the Worst experience.

Reserved a non smoking room. As we opened the door the smoke smell knocked us over. We were given another room that was much better. Bed was fine. AC unit was not producing very cold air.

The pool view is nice. There are some things they can clean up and fix as far as some basi e repairs to make the rooms look ni er. The view with all the trees are nice to walk out to.

We had a terrible experience. The stairwell our room was next to reeked of urine. Our shower had hair balled up on the wall. The ceiling was falling apart. The phone didn’t work. The sofa bed had no mattress, only a gross foam pad. No bedding. Homeless people consistently loitering in the front.

Tried to check in only to find a dirty room then tried to check into another room that was not the deluxe I paid for and it was dirty as well…. They both didn’t have beds made and both had someone else’s food in the fridge I didn’t want to sit down or take off my shoes it was not a good experience. The guy at the front desk was very helpful though and was the only positive thing to the whole experience!

The door does not shut you have to push it shut the door in the bathroom. You have to push it shut. They were sticky stuff all over the phone, sticky stuff in the ice bucket. I had to wash off the ice bucket and the phone. The the stool would not fill up with water. Had to take the top off and push down the float I stayed here many times this was the worst. I’ve seen any room.

Inside was great! Some clutter around building (restaurant) appeared to be being worked on possibly. Staff and inside more than made up for the outside of property.

The entire hotel is filthy and appears to be falling apart. I encountered roaches in the hallway when exiting the room. Every wall needs cleaned in both my original room, and then the one moved to after asking for a new room since the original was beyond dirty. I dont think the maid ises a vacuum as the carpet had tons of loose debris on iton top of stains. The bedding looks like it is reused with out washing to the point that I and my family bundled up and slept on top of the top sheet with nothing over us. After staying there I asked a Wichita police officer about the place, and was told that a lot of meth and crack dealers live on site. We personally saw multiple people that appeared to be on drugs and what looked like a prostitute on site. It was the absolute worst hotel i have stayed in.

What I liked was the front desk guy was kind and bluntly honest about them having an issue with drug paraphernalia being found in the rooms given we travel with a dog. The minute we pulled up there was a drunk man with a gun sitting outside on his phone and almost fell over when he stood up to go back inside after placing his cigarette in the trashcan to dispose of it. When we got to our room, there was no shower curtain. Everything was dirty and or sticky one towel available, and the paint was missing off a part of the wall walls. We let them know that we did not have a shower curtain and they moved us to another room in that room the floors were also sticky. We did have a shower curtain. Still only one towel and the balcony windows would not lock. We decided at that point that we would be safer to move onto the next town to get a hotel upon exiting. We ran into a group of people and four cop cars. Needless to say. I would not recommend recommend this hotel. They were also trying to keep some kids behind the counter during all of this. OK there we go.

This was the second time we have stayed here. They still do not have the other elevator fixed. I noticed a rat trap behind the checkin counter. The housekeeper used two bars of soap and papertowel to clean; at least the shower. The bars of soap, covered in papertowels and chunks of papertowl in the shower were left behind.
