“Really nice stay, furnishings were a little tired and worn but overall a really nice hotel. Did ask before our arrival for an additional bed in the room which the team advised they would sort, but was not there when we arrived, and due to the time we checked in, were advised this wouldn’t be possible so ended up sleeping on the sofa. Not ideal but still a nice stay”

“Arrived at 2 pm, front desk asked us to come back at 3, eventually checked-in at 3 ish, front desk informed that the Spa closes at 4:30. Rushed to the Spa straight after check-in, and the woman at Spa told us the Spa closes at 3:45 instead because they need time to "clean-up". So we ended up spending 15 mins at the Spa.. Went to the Spa next morning, only to find out the Spa was closed the whole day due to "maintenance"! Complained to the front desk when checked-out, and the lady said "well,……

“From the outside this hotel isn't paticularly pleasing on the eye, and inside the hotel is a little dated. However, see past that and yiu will have a very enjoyable stay. This is perhaps the cleanest hotel I've ever stayed in and everything in the room yet, which I find often isn't the case, even with 5 star hotels. The breakfast was perhaps one of the best, if not the best I've ever had in a hotel. And when I thanked the owner she confirmed that all the food is cooked fresh fro scratch. The……
