"Expedia should know Nyali Luxury Suites doesn’t exist and the real name is The Palms. It cost me buchu $$ in taxi for the confusion in the late hours of night. The owner was stingy with the electric and lied to us and told us that the air-conditioning/hot water wasn’t working.She told us to be mindful of the kilowatts that we’re using. "Altogether everything was okay. Though the statys of the washing area was not in good condition. The sink and washing washing machine had mould all over and this makes one doubt the cleanliness of the towels and and beddings washed in it. Considering the size of the property, 15 units of electricity was not enough for 3 nights yet there was 9 of us in the property. Wifi was selective on some phones. Water dispenser was not replenished. You need to consider the size of the family before rationing...
