"Needs an update. Looks dingy and doors stick, hard to open and close"

"We had a wonderful stay. The proximity to the Applebe's was very convenient after a long day of driving. We were disappointed that the hot tub was being serviced on the morning before we checked out. There also weren't any towels at the pool for us to dry off with. Other than that, the stay was wonderful. The staff were extra friendly and the breakfast was delicious. Loved the eggs, waffles, and biscuits the best. "

"Dirty"

"No pillows on the bed when we got to our room. After getting our pillows (3 flat pillows) we looked at our room. It looked like they were doing maintenance to the room and needed a good cleaning. Other guests checked in about midnight and spent 45 mins swearing and yelling because their room was upstairs. I tried to call the front desk but no phone in room. I looked for the number online to call the hotel itself and was sent to voicemail. I wasn’t going to walk past the angry guests to go to the office. They finally left or went to their room but started being really noisy again around 3am for another hour or so. Not able to communicate with the front desk because I was sent to voicemail when tried to call the number it had on their website. Room was ok but didn’t get much sleep. "

"The hot tub is pool temperature. The breakfast can’t be described as edible. "

"A very short stay, got in at 9pm and left at 8am. The room was small but clean and roomy enough. It had all the necessities although the little shampoo and conditioner bottles are really for one person. The bed had nice sheets and there was an extra blanket if needed. The bed was on the hard side though. The breakfast buffet was amazing and the staff was very friendly and kind. Only drawback is the hotel is in between 2 freeways and if it wasn’t for having earplugs , I would have had a hard time getting to sleep. Overall it’s a nice hotel for the price we paid and would stay again. "

"Clean, well-maintained, good food right next door. Parking lot was spacious enough to accommodate a 15 foot moving truck with no concerns about security."

"Everything was just what we needed. Very happy and comfortable. The pool was great and the staff was great with keeping towels available for guests. "
