Location, Location, Location

Very Comfortable

The house was very nicely appointed. There were some plumbing issues with the water pressure and the hot and cold water would go off periodically. We had to reset manually from under the kitchen sink.

Only problem with the property is the neighbor across the street that has 3 vehicles and parks on the street blocking the entrance to the property.

Quiet neighborhood

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The home was on a quiet street but parking was not good. House across street had three cars parked on the street it was hard to pull into driveway. House needs new front door locks, had trouble opening doors called customer service took 2 days for them to help out also we never did receive key to golf cart which we did not plan to use anyway. Bathroom showers need grab bars especially as older people use property. Location was okay.

Perfect house

It is a bit far from "the middle" but since we had the golf cart and a car that was no problem.

Reviewer Comments: We were well satisfied with our rental home and our experience and with Down Home Property Management. The people at DHPM are very helpful and attentive to our questions and any issues that may come up before, during and after our visit to the Villages. As a result of our experience the last two years we have recommended DHPM to a number of our friends and one couple rented a home in 2019 and plans to do so again in 2020. In fact, we have rented another property thru DHPM for April, 2020, as well.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Kitchen well stocked. Bathroom linens very good. Bedding(pillows,linens and blankets ) so-so. The golf cart situation was not good. We where without a cart for a total of eight days. Five days at the beginning of our stay and three at the end of the month.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: very nice place, is very clean. Has wi-fi and a golf cart that runs good. The rental has everything you need linens, towels etc. The kitchen has a coffee pot, toaster,crockpot,blender and a good assortment of kitchen utensils. The bathroom has a hairdryer. This unit is very comfortable.

Change to a Keurig Coffee Maker, add grab bars to both showers, add a cork screw, check thermostat it defaults after two hours when changed, street work during our stay was a problem for five days.
