The service was horrible and a lot of the staff were very unfriendly and dry. I felt like I was at a US fast food joint where you have to wait for them to finish playing around and finish their personal calls and business before they acknowledge or help you.

Great food although there was limited opportunities to enjoy dining outside the buffet. Reservations were required 24 hours ahead and restaurant sitting was available for about 10 families. The views were nice but the beach was not ideal for swimming. The stafff especially at the bars meed to be more friendly and attentive. The time spent waiting for drinks and food service was unreasonable which meant less time to enjoy our vacation moments. Some bartenders favored a few guests over others often choosing to bypass the guests who were ahead in line. This was especially true at the Coco Bar. The exceptional bartender was a Turkish male serving at the Sunset Beach bar at night with a great personality. Entertainment was fair and mostly took place at the neighboring Corendon hotel.

It a very nice resort . The beach on site is perfect to swim. The food was ok. I said ok for the restaurants however the buffet was good, a lot of choices. The resort needs to do better with the staffs some of them are not smiling at all, they don’t look motivated. The entertainment was ok. I will recommend this resort not only because it is nice also it is walking distance to a few things to explore in Willemstad.

So many different beautiful things in one spot. Our family loved it...but...we were never able to get a reservation for a la carte dining even though we tried early...even went to the restaurant and it was half empty we were still refused.

Our stay at the resort was very relaxing and enjoyable. The hotel has a calm atmosphere, everything was clean and well-kept, and the food options were great. The only reason I’m not giving it 10 stars is because of the Harbor restaurant. The food was good, but the customer service was often poor. The staff seemed distracted, forgot orders, and didn’t clean tables promptly. I even waited 45 minutes for a dessert that never came. The one positive moment was when a staff member named Swing, who may have been a supervisor, provided excellent service. I hope customer service at the Harbor improves, because the rest of the resort was truly amazing.

I was traveling alone with my daughter. We were changing and I was showering with the door open when a male employee tried to enter twice. I don’t know if the employee had ill intentions but the way the management team handled it was ABSOLUTELY horrible, no knowledge, no sense of urgency. Horrible customer service. You need to bring an electrical adapter for the outlets which is pretty standard but they don’t tell you half the time the restaurants are closed and you’re forced to eat out of the buffet. Trying to get hold of the Hilton via phone was also another nightmare. Overall the management team really needs more training and do not expect good customer service anywhere in Curacao frankly.

Overall we had a great stay. Had a few issues which were resolved but caused some delays. Reservations were VERY limited and most were taken before 8am. Towels on a few days were nonexistent and we were told we'd just have to wait. Staff for the most part were nice though of course you have a few who were rude. My biggest complaint was the "adults only" aspect is not even close to true. So many kids in our hotel and coming over from the shared property next door. Shouldn't advertise something and charge more if that aspect isn't accurate.
