"I rated it five star because of the value as it's price is actually a two-star. The room was clean large comfortable bed and lots of hot water. My room even had a hot tub and housecoat. The furniture was old but everything worked well"

"This was not a planned stay as WestJet was not able to get me back home that evening. However, the hotel staff were all amazing, the property was fantastic and my room was great as well. The highlight of the stay was my dinner at the onsite Wings Pub. My server Lorena was awesome! The food came promptly, was very delicious and the suggested craft beer came in a large frosted mug. If I ever have any need for a hotel stay in Edmonton I would not hesitate to stay here again. Thanks to the staff for making a terrible day of travel much better."

" I’m really disappointed with this hotel. My boyfriend and I booked the most expensive room, which comes with a jacuzzi, to spend a romantic evening and relax. However, at first they didn’t take my payment because they’d forgotten, and then they rang me. Then, when we started filling the jacuzzi, it turned out to be broken and there was water leaking from the pipes all around it. We rang reception several times until a girl came out to us, as the engineers were nowhere to be found. After that, they told us to use it and just throw towels on top, but we were afraid of flooding the floor below, so we didn’t use it. When we reported this to reception the next morning, they told us they would refund the money, but they never actually did. We didn’t use the jacuzzi, so it would have been logical for them to refund us something. They also took my credit card details because they don’t have a terminal. I didn’t notice this in time, but this shouldn’t happen in hotels like this; I’ve never come across anything like it before. Definitely choose somewhere else and don’t stay at this hotel. Having read the reviews, I was at least lucky that they didn’t took the money from me, but be careful. "
