“I had high hopes for this place. The description said that we would be treated more than a number, as soon as we checked in, it felt rushed. There was an envelope with our name on it outside. A staff member I think came to show us where our room was again, felt rushed. In the description it said fresh fruit and snacks would be provided, there wasn’t any at all. There was a glass bottle of water, and some ice in the small fridge. Absolutely no snack, no fruit nothing. The breakfast menu gave us……

“The location was perfect!! Our unit was the right amount of space for our family of 5. The grounds were lovely and the boys enjoyed the pool/hot tub. Considering we were only in Sedona for one night, we would have really appreciated early check-in and/or late checkout, but it was definitely very busy so understandable that they could not provide it. ”
