“The breakfasts and the late afternoon snacks were fantastic. This is the first time that the paid food was worse than the free food. At Ironwood, it was an hour and 20 minutes to get our food and the quality was sub-par. At Toro service was quicker but quality was lacking for our breakfast. The hotel, its celebration of the fourth, and maid service was fantastic. Room is nice and amazingly quiet. I might stay there again sometime.”

“This hotel was absolutely wonderful. We had our own private casita with stunning desert and rock views. The entire resort is lovely and walkable. The pools were beautiful and we truly enjoyed our stay here. We have already recommended it to all of our friends. We will definitely be back except this time for a longer stay.”

“All staff were friendly and greeted us and offered assistance and information to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The food service was excellent, and the quality of the food was also to the high standards you would expect at such a resort. Most notably, we found two roaches in our room and they were German cockroaches, not the "palmetto bugs" staff tried to attribute to recent palm tree trimming nearby. To their credit, staff did acknowledge that explanation wasn't really an excuse, but the resolution fell short: we were told housekeeping wouldn't address it until checkout (which was the next day), meaning we had to deal with it for the remainder of our……
