The customer service was excellent. The hotel itself could use a refresh. Fairly dated and dingy. But the staff was great. Beware if you are driving a stick shift that the valet cannot always drive one so you end up parking yourself!

Embassy Suites by Hilton Wilmington Riverfront
Everything was great however the walls are very thin. And the room above us was very loud. Despite the issues with the noise, staff was very friendly and the rooms was super clean!!

Best Western Plus Coastline Inn
Staff was courteous and very helpful. Room is clean, great shower, nice view of the River, can walk to many restaurants and shops. We’ve stayed here many times and it’s always great!

Aloft Wilmington at Coastline Center
The a/c worked. The food at the rooftop bar was excellent. Only wish they had free coffee and hot water for tea.

ARRIVE Wilmington
Charming room, great location but not what I would expect from a 4 star hotel. Don't valet. It's expensive and rarely used. No room service, and an HVAC blowing all night really dampened our stay tbh.
