“We had a lovely stay. Andrew was a great host and showed us everything we needed. The bar was humming and our dinner was fabulous. We had a great nights sleep. The renovated bathroom was excellent and had a nice big shower. Room 2 was lovely overall. Breakfast in the morning was excellent.. Overall we had a lovely overnight stay at the Cricketers Inn and would not hesitate to stay here again when in the area. ”

“It was a great stay at Queens Road, the host was welcoming and very knowledgeable to assist with the area. The room was clean, tidy and had a lot of amenities. If you want a check in with minimal contact this is a great way to do it. The venue is also great if visiting people at the hospital and the university. It is so close by. “Clean room of good size with some refreshed fittings and everything working well. Good bed, if a bit short (though only for very tall folks). Super helpful staff, unpretentious and smiley. Only 'complaint' is that I think I read on Expedia that reception closes at midnight... But then told that I could have got into the room even if I had arrived later... Ironically this meant I rushed and stressed when I was delayed on my journey by other things. Not their fault ofc but had I known that 5 mins……
