“Good but no parking in hotel.”

“The hotel is old, but nice. Staff are helpful. However, bathroom ventilation fan can be cleaned. And the room could be brighter.”

“We loved our stay at the Christchurch Harbour Hotel! The location on the water was beautiful, the staff (especially Phillip) was so welcoming and helpful, and the food was delicious. A charming place to spend our last couple of days in England. Thank you!”

“Reception staff were very welcoming, room was very clean, and breakfast was very nice. I didn't like the attitude of the women in the spa section, felt like they were talking down to me had a lot of ego and arrogance, not sure if it was a colour thing. ”

“I would describe the stay as travelodge level rooms- fairly basic. Probably a 2-3 star stat. Standard of cleanliness isn’t great- the room had a faint smell of damp or urines. The mugs in the room were also dirty The facilities were surprisingly impressive- a good sized pool and proper gym. We stayed here and spent the first day in Portsmouth and the second day in Chichester. It’s a good and accessible location.”

“Only downside was the check in procedure which didn't seem to work when I attempted to it. However, door code sent and access duly gained. Nice comfy room. It mentioned about noise from outside, but didn't hear anything personally. Bed was made each day with coffee etc topped up. Made for a nice base for a couple of days”
