「Have stayed at the hotel many times but decided this time to stay in the franklyn suite as a treat and wow it certainly did not disappoint ! 」

「The hotel is a little tired and could do with a bit of tlc in some areas. But overall it’s a great hotel in fantastic surroundings. It’s peaceful clean and comfortable. Will definitely book here again if we are needing to stay in this area. 」

「We’ve booked one night here at first, then we decided to go there one day before and booked one more day. We told the reception lady when we arrived check in, she said it’s ok, no need to do the check in again and we could stay in the same room. The next day at ten mins before ten, a housekeeper locked on our door and told us to check out. We’re surprised and told her our case, she told us to check with the reception. Then the reception said we’ve to check out and come back by 4 to check in...
