「This is a really cool hotel! My room was beautiful and comfortable. Although there is no elevator, all I had to do to get help with luggage was to call, and I was helped right away. I highly recommend this hotel!」

「Parking was very expensive. No ice machines. The A C seemed weak and staff didn't seem to know how to operate the thermostat either confidently.」

「1. Terrible parking availability, and super expensive paid parking (the recommended parking garage was $26 for a single night). Sketchy and disruptive people hanging about, and no visible security presence. 2. Very small driveway for loading and unloading. No staff to assist. Very small luggage valet carts that only fit 1 large bag basically. 3. Our refrigerator in our room didn't work the first night until we notified staff. 4. TVs had very low connectivity, so live TV channels would cut out,...

「Clean everything」

「So disappointed in this Sheraton Inn. The traffic noise made it very difficult to sleep. There was a noise cancelling machine in the room but even at the highest setting, the noise was unbearable. The food at the restaurant was very expensive and more like a tv dinner. The hotel overall needed a good cleaning and some updating. We’ve stayed at many Sheraton Inn’s around the country and always enjoyed the stay until this trip. Choose a different hotel if you can.」
