“This cozy property was conveniently located right at Boulders Beach with easy access to the beach and penguins waddling through the parking lot at sunrise. Parking was a little crowded during the day but cleared out in the evening. The on-site restaurant offered tasty dinner and we were always met with friendly staff. We were also an easy drive from Simon's Town for other food options. Cape Point was a bit of a drive, maybe 45 minutes but made for an excellent day outing! The room was……

“This was an excellent stay. The hotel contacted us in advance to offer early access to the room and to confirm our arrival time. The hotel manager, Wonderful, was a welcoming and helpful host. The room was super clean, spacious and very comfortable with a wonderful sea view. The hotel is within walking distance of a good restaurant and grocery and wine stores are near by. Could not have asked for more.”

“Even though we only stayed for two nights, it was really worth it. Ray and Sanchia were super helpful with anything we asked for or requested, the view is even more awe inspiring when you see it compared to the photos. The room is very spacious with all the usual amenities, as well as a few snacks and drinks and house keeping every day; if you need it. Lots of things to do around and nice places to eat. Don't be scared of the steps, they are definitely doable ;) ”

“Allen and the other staff were great! It is a 1880 Mansion with 8 guest rooms and impeccably restored/maintained filled with antiques, just very relaxing. I would highly recommend for its charm, location and staff. Satori Restaurant 5-10min walk down street is Amazing food and service (ask for Shantell). Highly recommend!”

“Amazing beach front property. Great place to go and relax. Kommetjie is a lovely little town. 100% recommend. Dinner options are great. Perfect option for couples. Not loads of privacy in the room if you’re not a couple, but if a couple absolutely not anything to worry about. ”

“Fabulous location. Excellent staff. Great welcome. Well appointed and v spacious room that was clean in all the important places. A little grubby in places cleaned less frequently. Very good shared spaces. Restaurant 8.5/10. Some courses excellent but a chewy bit of tuna not good and it’s very noisy when busy. Would stay again. ”
