「Overall this was a decent place to stay. We were only in town for two nights. The room we had had a few issues link the sink drain in bathroom was broken so water would drain slowly the stopper had to be lifted manually to let water drain out. Some towels had black marks on them. The bed frame in bedroom was sticking out almost like frame was bigger than mattress and box spring scratch leg on it a few times could be a tripping hazard if people aren’t careful. 「Clean room, staff was nice. They had breakfast and didn’t charge extra. 」

「The front desk staff was friendy. I had a miss understanding about parking. Had to pay parking and put a hold on my credit card for damages that i was unaware of. The kitchenette did not have a oven, there were two steps in the room, that i had difficulty with. Couldn't get the TV to work, called front desk they sent someone that fixed it. Negative things about the room that needs maintainence attention is, the dining room chair the rods are out of the legs, the table was so wobbly you couldn't...

「Friendly staff and clean」

「The room was very outdates and not properly cleaned. I found dust on the nightstands, floors not vacuumed and stains on the table. I was super disappointed in the room. On another note, the staff was friendly, and I appreciated the security gate they had.」

「Absolutely loved our two bedroom. The ocean view was great with direct access from the end of the parking lot. I loved that you can set the air to different temps throughout the house per room. Everything is very quiet all the time. One negative thing I can say is the internet works poorly, I called to let them know it was messed up, they did send someone but by the time they got there it started working again. It was in and out our whole week there, also it would not connect to the tv. 」

「When we arrived to check in I was given my room. No one told me that my room had been downgraded until we went up to see it. When I called, they basically told me that since I booked with Expedia (3rd party) that I had to take what I could get. 」

「Beautiful location. Pools and decks chairs all over. Loved the beach. Had dinner in the adjoining Hilton and the food was superb. Rooms were nice and very clean.」

「The room was very clean. The staff was extremely cordial and helpful. If there is one thing I would change, it would be adding a hot tub to the property. I thought there was one, but when I asked they said no. I should have looked at property web site more closely. But, other than that, the stay was perfect. 」
