Road closures cause us to not be able to stay. :-(

Our spring break took a turn for the worst. Roads were closed and we couldn’t reach our destination. It was extremely devastating. This place Looked like the perfect place and hot tub bonus. We hope we have the opportunity to stay again one year.

Recommendation

The place was great, the only thing I suggest to the owners to improve their lighting in the main living room. It’s not enough lighting and it makes it not so much cozy once it gets dark outside. Other then that place was great!

Solid Spot Near Winter Park

Winter Park was so accessible for skiing, but the property was killer and a perfect fit for our family, so we didn't always want to leave! A great value too despite how new and beautiful the home is.

Great Property, Great Location, Lots of Construction Noise

We have stayed in Rendezvous many times, and love the location. Was disappointed this trip with the amount of constant construction noise, even on the weekends. Not very relaxing. No disclosure of that at leasing, and given the rates being charged over President's Day weekend, there was NO peaceful resting times...all you heard was banging and construction noise. There was some issues inside the unit as well. Wrote to the property manager and there wasn't a quick response.
