“Good breakfast. I did speak with property about solo travellers being stuck at the back of the dining room. Why cant we have as good a table as anyone else? I am an experienced traveller and dont like being treated any differently to anyone else! Whole hotel and the grounds are georgeous though and I enjoyed my time there. My single room was nicely spacious.”

“You will hear the sound of wood platform while other guess walking around. This ok to me as I live in a lousy place. It would be a problem for those request absolute quiet.”

“Horrendous! 1 night stay with my daughter - didn’t sleep a wink. Dirty, mouldy, and felt unsafe. I nearly drove home in the middle of the night if it wasn’t for my daughter being asleep and needing to be up early for a cheer comp at the BIC. Would not recommend and would never stay here again! Worst hotel I have ever stayed in.”

“It was a small room and no air conditioner, but unfortunately the breakfast wasn’t very good! Very few things, The croissants were born, not to many varieties!”

“Great stay, staff are always friendly and helpful, renovated and clean rooms. Being able to use the facilities all day on check in and check out is fantastic. Great location for Bournemouth and plenty of parking.”
