「My family has stayed in this home twice. The home is beautiful and spacious enough for a group of 8. The kitchen has been upgraded but does lack some basic essentials. As the listing states the home is going through some renovations but there was little to no impact to us other than the hot water in one of the bathrooms was dripping and didn’t actually turn on. I emailed the property manager so hopefully it will be addressed before the next stay.」

「We loved our stay at this rental. We were in town for a college visit at St.Boneventure and this was a quick 30 min drive for us. Cozy home that was clean, and easy to access. The shower and bathroom set up for a tiny house was beautiful. Only suggestion would be the TV set up is a little small and awkward and I feel there is room for a larger bed in the loft area. Was just a little to small for 2 people.」

「LOVED-the fireplace, dining table, ambience, “how to” book!!! My only complaint was the water pressure in the shower, but it is common in a lot of places and not high on my list of expectations so no biggie. We would DEFINITELY stay again!!!」

「We could not have been happier! I have never stayed in a house this well stocked and with such attention to detail. The fact that it’s so spacious is perfect, you don’t feel like you’re on top of each other. Great kitchen! Very thoughtful Coffee Bar. And the beds are really comfortable. 「This was a great place with plenty of room. The amenities were excellent. We really enjoyed the coffee bar and the shower experience! We didn't even have time to use the hot tub or outdoor spaces that are thoughtfully set up. There were options for kids, the theater room was super cute, and we comfortably prepared and served dinner for our large family. Our only regret is not finding this excellent value, just 20 minutes from Houghton College, sooner!」
