“The location was near the Interstate, but quiet and realtively close to family who live in Moorhead. The rooms were clean, but the bathroom sink water had very little pressure. The shower water pressure was fine. One of our rooms had a balcony so we enjoyed having lunch outside one day. The Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was made/pay to order, likely because of the conference center so we elected to go to Village Inn instead. There are other food options within walking distance as……

“I didn’t like the fact that it wasn’t possible to close the drapes. The complimentary breakfast was similar to what is offered by other hotels. Staff friendly.”

“The microwave in our room was defective and would not open so my son’s food was left hostage inside and my son was really hungry. Took almost an hour for a resolution that i initiated instead. I have to keep calling the front desk for an update every 15mins”

“Clean room and lobby”

“Clean and very good breakfast”

“We often stay at this hotel and this time I was not to impressed. The staff as always kind and smiling however our room was rather dated. The tub was dirty, broken tiles in the bathroom. I was woken up by men yelling outside the room window and work being done on the roof prior to the posted hotel quiet time. Upon check in we were not informed that there would be construction completed and that they would start prior to the hotels posted quiet hour. Not only were my children woken up but myself……

“The room was mediocre at best. The fan in the bathroom was completely clogged with dirt and dust. I will not stay at this hotel again.”

“This was a nice hotel with excellent front desk staff.”

“Excellent property! The rooms were clean, the beds and pillows were comfortable. The hotel was easy to find and quiet. Amenities were great; a pool with a hot tub and an exercise room with up to date machinery. The staff were very friendly and professional. The breakfast was fantastic; so many options. We were impressed with the value of our stay for the money. We will stay again!”

“很好”

“I like their room best, beautiful, neat and spacious, and there is a separate kitchen. I like to cook by myself. The master bedroom and living room are separated.”
