“On whole it was great however when you book a double standard room you expect a double bed as stated on Expedia. This is not the case the room was tiny and the bed was in fact a 3/4 bed not a standard double and was the most uncomfortable bed I’ve ever slept in. Hotel is good location for shops, bars & transport. ”

“Welcome was average, just going through the motions. Club room was furnished with some taste, although a bit of wear was showing on furniture. Bathroom fan not working, which drives me mad but I’ve given up complaining to any hotel as it’s so common. I know these things burn out easily when lights are left on permanently so it’s an occupational hazard for the hotels; I do sympathise a little. Bed very comfortable; good nights sleep and great views of the bridge. Didn’t eat breakfast as I travel……

“Welcome drinks gives a good first impression. Although no air conditioning, hotel offers fan for ventilation and that's okay for night temperture of below 20 degrees. Location close to city centre with lots of pubs and restaurants around.”

“Hotel was lovely. Very clean and comfortable. However the fitness centre/swimming pool let it down. The jacuzzi was cold and not much in the way of loungers in pool area. There was chips in wood and paint works and pool area itself was cold. This was completely at odds with the hotel. ”
