Food was excellent and again the service just made it so special. We had a classic double room and we were very happy with it the little touches of a welcome letter and Elemis products, the only issue we had was our radiators didn’t work so was a little chilly but William straight away brought us up an oil filled heater and……

“The hotel is in convenient location for access to main routes to the attractions nearby. The room was comfortable. Breakfast was most enjoyable. Parking is easy. There is a large garden the owners take great pride in.”

“Room was comfortable. Plenty of coffee/tea etc and a handy little fridge too. Shame the pub wasn't open but it's a nice walk to their other pub The Half Moon and the food there was lovely. ”

“Although the room was a little bit tatty , it was very clean . The bed was super comfortable, I slept really well. The staff were lovely. We ate at Cromwells Tap house and the food was delicious. I would definitely stay here again .”

“Convenient to road system but unaffected by traffic noise. Free parking. Reception friendly and efficient. Lifts available. My room had 2 double beds which made the room seem cramped. The bed I used was comfortable. Ensuite bath with an over shower. I had to fix the shower curtain back on the track to avoid soaking the floor. Food good quality and reasonably priced.”

“A little remote, but in a nice environment. Nice and cosy, and run by a old couple. The only drawback for an overall top marks is because of the shower, although it is newly installed, it is difficult to operate and the water pressure is somewhat too low to have a nice shower. The worst part is the wall inside the shower cubicle is dirty but consider the old couple are working hard to run the hotel and also the nice letters restaurants, so it is not a complaint, just would like to point it……

“这里靠近公路，比较容易找，位置在开发区内，晚上安静。因为是品牌酒店，所以提供基本的服务。很多英国小酒店是家庭式的，楼梯狭窄，没有电梯。相比较，还是这种品牌酒店更方便，尤其是你带着很重的行李时，有电梯简直是天大的好处。当然酒店房间千篇一律，不如老式楼房有情调。看你的需要。”
