“The soundproof was not good at all. During late evening and early in the morning, the footsteps from upstairs were SO LOUD. We could not sleep well due to the noise. The squeaking sound was crazy, as the guests kept walking. Sound proof of walls on the same floor was ok, not silent, but totally acceptable. Apart from the noise, everything is fine. The location is good. Not too far from town centre. It has a big car park, so perfect for a rest in the middle of road trip. Cleaniness is also……

“We stayed here to go to Cheltenham Football Stadium. It was a short walk and we enjoyed our stay. Parking in Cheltenham town centre is tricky.”

“The room was very comfortable and clean. Plenty of parking. Breakfast was plentiful and good. Staff friendly. Convenient location, close to Stratford Upon Avon. A lovely Pub/Inn to stay at.”

“I stayed for two nights. The room is clean and the bathroom is large and even has a bathtub. the staff knows I am travelling there for the first time, she kindly lend me a guidebook in traditional Chinese edition. That's very thoughtful. I would recommend this hotel to my friends. ”

“The hotel was clean, friendly and good value, the continental breakfast was plentiful. The staff were great and we got a parking permit which was great. However there was scaffolding around the building and around 9 am on the second day there was hammering and banging almost outside our window. We were not informed that this would be happening. Overall a lovely hotel and very close to everything in the town and I would stay again ”

“new, nice and very clean room. Only small problem is how to find the parking place because the hotel is very small size. We will stay here again if we come to visit Cotswolds. ”

“該飯店號稱有機場接駁，但因男主人離世，女主人不會開車，僅能協助叫計程車，但卻要住客自行付費，似乎不太合理。 且該客房鑰匙有問題，不容易上鎖，造成住客無法放鬆休息。 該飯店位處偏遠僻靜，沒有明顯招牌標示，對外交通不便，夜晚附近無法找到用餐地方，只能在民宿內用。”

“Our bedroom was spacious and clean. Good location with views of surrounding countryside. Delicious and well-presented dinner and great breakfast.”

“A lovely place to stay, our room was very cozy and clean and smelt lovely. The breakfast was very good. What you have to take into consideration is, it is a working farm so not everything is going to be squeaky clean. I enjoyed my time there, and I wouldn’t hesitate to book again.”

“the place is stunning, decor and room really was brilliant. in the centre of town too which was great as i was in a meeting not too far away. It is right next to the loading bay of Asda so I can understand what other reviews say but if you are up at a normal time it isnt an issue.”

“Location, wow - beautiful vistas, lovely gardens, lovely cottage. Inside is also very nice indeed, well appointed and comfortable - only negative there was that there was a bit of a paraffin smell near the boiler, not sure if there had been a spillage. Otherwise great and extremely convenient for the RHS show. We cooked, we BBQd, we ate on the deck, we watch the wildlife. Alpaca farm is a short walk and was a lovely little trip for brekkie and animal watching. We will be back! Thanks Alison :)”

“Was informed 3 days before stay that we would be staying in a different house to listing, which for us was ok. Clean bedding, comfortable beds. However the house although wasn't filthy it wasn't clean. The whole place looked like a family had just "popped out". Clothes hanging on doors, shoes left where they had just taken them off, generally a untidy house.”
