「Great apartment in a decent location, but it was badly let down by basic attention to detail. The portable AC appeared to vent hot air back into the room instead of outside, leaving the space uncomfortably hot overnight. With no windows that could be opened and very poor lumpy pillows, it became one of the most uncomfortable nights away from home I can remember...and I travel alot.」

「It was an amazing place! Really spacious layout and perfect for a dinner party or BBQ for 6 people. Very quiet location but has pub and shop not too far away. Ideal for Malvern Hills hike and travel to Birmingham. The host was brilliant. Only thing I would suggest is a 2nd bedroom (either add on or put on same side of house as the current bedroom) as the space is big enough for 4-6 people but only one bedroom.」

「I recently visited with my husband and baby for a weekend away. We had a brilliant stay in the Montana log cabin! The place was spotless on arrival and styled beautifully. 「What an excellent place to stay. Close to a main road but totally secluded with a stunning view of the Malvern hills. Very friendly and helpful hosts add to the experience. It’s a great base for gastronomic tourism with a truly outstanding bakery, cider makers and an epic food store and butchers in town. "客房整體清潔，設施亦不錯。可惜我們被分配一間供殘疾人士使用的房間，由於淋浴間的特別設計，我們使用時令到整個洗手間的地面都被弄濕，很不方便。我們認為如果非殘疾人士要被分配到這類特別的房間，應先徵求顧客的同意，這樣在你情我願的情況底下，大家都覺得滿意一些。"
