Set in the tiny picturesque village of Patching, Selden is only a few minutes walk from two lovely country pubs serving excellent food and ambience. Patching is just 10 minutes from Arundel with its prestigious castle and cathedral. There are countless hiking trails across the South Downs offering breathtaking views year round.


The Studio is a cozy self-contained apartment, detached from the main farm house with private and exclusive access. It features a luxurious double bed, en-suite bathroom, equipped kitchen and dining area with TV and lounge area, featuring meadow views.

Selden’s 10 acre farm with its horses, sheep, chickens and dogs offers guests a unique opportunity to indulge in the privacy and comfort of a modern, fully equipped apartment while experiencing authentic country life of a working farm.

The studio will be ready for visitors from 3pm on the day of arrival and we kindly ask if visitors could vacate the studio by 11am on day of departure.
