“The room was ideal. It was comfortable, had a bath and shower that were easy to operate. There was a generous supply of teas and coffee. The cosy lounges downstairs were lovely. The breakfast was absolutely wonderful with plenty of coffee/tea topups. All the staff were polite and attentive and easy to have a chat to. Overall, a memorable stay. We shall certainly return soon!”

“very beautiful old building with lots of character, in the heart of the city, surrounded with lovely pubs and wine bars and next to the stunning cathedral. Comfortable modern rooms and great restaurant. Polite helpful staff and great food. Was a bit disappointed that we were given two menus (one was a set menu) and told that the chef 'may' permit you to swap starters, only to be told by the waiter that took our order, I couldn't swap my starter! Only watch out is if you have difficulty walking,……

“The hotel is located just 5 mins from the Norwich Airport. I will recommend this hotel for people who are taking early flights. The hotel room is large and comfortable. My son (10 year old) slept very well on the sofa bed. Last but not least, the breakfast is delicious. ”

“The hotel was immaculate and had a very high level of interior design throughout. Rooms were very modern/ stylish. Bathrooms extremely clean. Hotel food was exceptional. Staff were very friendly. Right on the riverside with extensive outside seating areas. We stayed three nights. Excellent.”

“The room was clesn and comfortable, housekeeping staff were very helpful especially helpful with my wife who was a bit off colour. The general quslity of catering was better than our last. Our last day breakfadt was goid however consistency needs to be maintained. Front of house staff work very hard, especially Nial, & Jenny. As a former auditor i would suggest a visit by a snag fixer and this place would be cracking. Small changes, massive differences.”
