「The hotel is located just 5 mins from the Norwich Airport. I will recommend this hotel for people who are taking early flights. The hotel room is large and comfortable. My son (10 year old) slept very well on the sofa bed. Last but not least, the breakfast is delicious. 」

Our last day breakfadt was goid however consistency needs to be maintained. Front of house staff work very hard, especially Nial, & Jenny. As a former auditor i would suggest a visit by a snag fixer and this place would be cracking. Small changes, massive differences.」

「The staff here are amazing! Nothing is too much trouble & they are all very attentive. The food was delicious. The rooms are comfy with good quality bedding & towels. Some of the communal areas are a little tired but that didn’t effect our stay. Everywhere was clean & tidy. Would highly recommend this hotel.」

「Nice stay, staff friendly, clean room, handy for the railway station and football ground, the room I was in was on the top floor whch has a very steep staircase so bear that in mind if you struggle with stairs apart from that I highly recommend this place. Parking is by paying a fee and hotel gives you a parking permit as the streets outside the hotel require a permit. 」
