"Hotel was amazing. Reception staff where very helpful Very close to cruise terminal Loved our stay, would definitely stay here again"

"Very nice hotel .great place ."

"The location is quite convenient with the metro station within 5 minutes' walk. There is a shopping centre next door to the hotel with various food choices and shops. The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. "

"The hotel it's quite ok. Clean, Room is big enough. However I think I dindn't research well the location of the hotel since it is too far away from shanghai hot spots. Takes around 1 hour in Metro to get from the hotel to Shanghai Downtown. In Taxi it takes around 35 minutes, but not all the cab drivers know how to get there. If you are going for lesure purposes look for another hotel. If your trip involves activities near the area of the Hotel, then I do recomend the hotel. No luxory but...

"Staff were helpful and location is convenient but the hotel facilities and cleanliness is really not qualified."

"Everything was excellent!"

"Great hotel, lovely pool, gym and sauna. Staff very helpful with a large shopping complex attached with lots of restaurants if you wanted a change from the hotel restaurant. Food in the hotel was very good with options to suit everyone’s palette."

"Great hotel with all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay. The room was spacious, with plenty of room to move around and store our luggage. I especially liked the large sofa and movable desk/table, which made the room very practical and comfortable. The free laundry facilities were also a huge plus. Overall, a very convenient and comfortable hotel!"

"Great hotel! Very fancy and comfortable. All the staff spoke English. We stayed on a high floor that had a bath tub big enough for two with a view of the city. Granted, the view was rather industrial from our side of the building, but we still thought it was cool. We really enjoyed our stay."

"Had an excellent stay, very professional staff!"

"It was good to stay Room was clean Food was good "

"Breakfast was eatable for a westerner, at least the bacon was cooked."

"the location is very convenient especially to me who needs to be accessing the JiangWan campus of FuDan University often. There is a mall within 10 mins walking distance with required supermarket and F&B, which made the location even more ideal. The room (double bed) is very specious and well-maintained. the breakfast has a good spread of variaty also. Good value for money hotel that i will come back to, if i need to be in the area again."

"Staff at reception gave us a room which was not cleaned (2 night stay in August'19). After speaking to the duty manager this issue was resolved appropriately. Furthermore the location is located a bit off central sightseeing however the property is clean and luxurious. Situated near the metro, just a few minutes walking. Despite the big error made, I still recommend this property."

"Great location , amazing service"

"Nuestra experiencia en el hotel fue simplemente maravillosa, pero lo que realmente convirtió nuestro viaje en algo perfecto fue la extraordinaria atención del personal, en especial la de un recepcionista. Tuvimos bastantes dificultades para comprar las entradas a Disney debido a un problema con nuestras tarjetas internacionales, y el no dudó en ayudarnos a resolverlo con una amabilidad y profesionalidad inigualables. Como si fuera poco, también nos ayudó a reservar el DiDi, facilitando cada...
